So I decided to start on some fantasy creatures to go along with the armored ponies. A hippogriff seemed like the natural place to start. She started out as one of Hasbro's blank ponies and I used Apoxie Sculpt to make her claws, beak, wings and feathers. I had to trim off her nose to make the beak work, so there is now a pony nose on sitting on my table.
