Dragonstar

I've been attempting to acquaint myself with some software that I don't use very often. This was an attempt at improving my skills in Illustrator. Unfortunately it was also supposed to be a practice piece for my new tablet, but the stylus seems to have grown legs XD. So all the line-art was done with the pen tool. It's disappointing because I really wanted the pressure sensitivity feature, but meh. It was still good to try new things (and have fun coloring it in Photoshop).

So this is my persona. She's obnoxiously clashy and contradictory. Fire and water. Dragons and stars. Blah blah blah. There's an explanation behind her design but I'm feeling too lazy to explain it now. I have a nearly completed custom of her so maybe I'll explain it there...
